Finland permanent card
A Finland permanent card is an ID card that allows foreign nationals to live and work in Finland permanently. The card is issued by the Finnish Immigration Service (Migri) and is valid for five years. After five years, the card must be renewed.
To be eligible for a Finland Permanent Residence Card, you must have lived in Finland for four continuous years on a valid residence permit. You must also have a job or other stable source of income, and you must show that you have adequate housing in Finland.
Once you have been issued a Finland Permanent Residence Card, you will have most of the same rights and responsibilities as Finnish citizens, including the right to vote in elections and the right to access public healthcare and education services.
Who is eligible to apply for a Finland Permanent Residence Card?
To be eligible for a Finland Permanent Residence Card, you must have:
-lived in Finland for an uninterrupted period of four years on a continuous residence permit
-held a valid residence permit for the four years preceding the application
-been employed, registered as unemployed, or been a student during your time in Finland
-had sufficient income during your time in Finland
-not been absent from Finland for more than nine months during the four years preceding the application
To be eligible for a Finnish Permanent Residence Card, you must have lived in Finland continuously for five years. You must also have a valid residence permit on the day you apply for the card. If you have been granted a permanent residence permit, you can apply for the card immediately. Otherwise, you must first apply for a provisional residence permit, which will be valid for four years.

– Have a clean criminal record
– Have sufficient financial resources to support yourself and your family members
– Have comprehensive health insurance coverage
To apply for a Finland Residence Card, you must first have lived in Finland for four continuous years with a valid residence permit. You can then submit your application to the Finnish Immigration Service.
If you are granted a Permanent Residence Card, it will be valid for five years. After that, you will need to renew it every five years.
To apply for a Permanent Card, you will need to fill out an application form and submit it along with the following documents:
-Your passport or other travel document
-Two recent photographs that meet the requirements set by the Finnish authorities
-A copy of your current residence permit in Finland
-A copy of your lease or other proof of housing in Finland
-A copy of your employment contract or other proof of employment in Finland
-Proof of Finnish language proficiency (if applicable)
